Brad was my friend and I’ll miss seeing him. He gave me a lot of good advice about drawing Watson and I’m glad I got a chance to know him. The cartooning family is a big one and when someone like Brad leaves us it’s very sad. I think it’s fair to say that there would be no Watson had there not been a Marmaduke. Brad made so many people smile. He will be missed.
